Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Administration Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate day-to-day administration duties within the department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Update the WMOS system with all stock movements made within the warehouse and ensure all paperwork is filed accordingly.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport services, and third-party hauliers regarding inbound scheduling.
  • Communicate with Product Planners on a day-to-day basis regarding all aspects of stock that may affect the ordering process.
  • Perform perpetual inventory counts in all chambers to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and report on key inventory metrics.
  • Apply knowledge of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, procurement, and stock control processes.
  • Ensure efficient stock movement and availability through knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience of assessment and training methods.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Strong skills in analyzing stock data, identifying trends, and reporting on key inventory metrics.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, procurement, and stock control processes.
  • Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations to ensure efficient stock movement and availability.
