One of the leading consultancies in the industry is seeking to enhance their workforce due to a significant growth phase, resulting in the acquisition of numerous new clients and projects within the infrastructure and construction sectors.

They are eager to onboard motivated procurement professionals specializing in infrastructure who are interested in engaging with high-value, strategic transformation initiatives. These initiatives cover a wide array of sectors, primarily within construction, infrastructure, and transportation, making experience in these fields highly advantageous.

In this position, you will primarily focus on indirect procurement transformation initiatives, concentrating on the development and execution of innovative procurement strategies across various categories, including but not limited to Facilities Management, Construction Procurement, Capital Expenditure, Operational Expenditure, and Professional Services Procurement. If you prefer to concentrate on a specific area, that option is also available.

Qualifications for Lead Consultant in Infrastructure Procurement:

  • Comprehensive strategic procurement experience with a background in Indirect Procurement (open to specialists in specific categories or generalists)
  • Experience in an infrastructure or construction setting and familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts—experience in construction, infrastructure, or transportation is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a project-driven environment
  • A strong desire to advance within an organization and to facilitate change through transformation initiatives
  • RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK IS ESSENTIAL
