About the Role:

Setsquare Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing top talent in the construction and trades sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source top talent in the construction and trades sectors through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Provide advice to candidates and clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client meetings to offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and company targets.
  • Attend regular networking events to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
