Compensation: Competitive salary up to £43,000 per annum / 42.5 hour work week (including lunch) / Door-to-Door Pay / 31 days of annual leave (including optional bank holidays), Pension Scheme, Tools, and Laptop provided.

We are actively seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Specialist / F Gas Technician to enhance our well-established team.
With over two decades of experience, our company has earned a reputation as a leader in the refrigeration and commercial catering sector. Additionally, we serve a diverse range of clients including major retailers, breweries, educational institutions, and healthcare providers nationwide.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems.
- Proficiency in working with refrigeration cabinets, cold storage rooms, ice machines, cellar cooling systems, and bottle coolers.
- Familiarity with air conditioning service tasks.
- Possession of NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds equivalent in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- Certification in Safe Handling of Refrigerants or F-Gas.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly rate with paid lunch breaks.
- Door-to-door pay structure.
- Overtime compensation at standard hourly rates for weekdays, time and a half for Saturdays, and double time for Sundays and public holidays.
- On-call duty currently set at 1 in 4, with a standby payment.
- Annual leave of 23 days plus 8 public holidays (flexible arrangements available).
- Pension contributions.
- Provision of a smartphone, tablet, uniform, fuel card, and a company van equipped with modern amenities after successful completion of the probationary period.
