Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Gate Person / Traffic Marshall to join our team at ITS Building People. As a Gate Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of deliveries and personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entrance to the site, ensuring all deliveries and personnel are directed to the correct area.
  • Hold a valid Traffic Banksman Ticket, which is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Complete basic paperwork for each delivery, including logging and tracking.
  • Direct deliveries through the site, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Perform site clearance and general tidying in your area of the gate.
  • Work from a cabin on site.

Requirements:

  • A valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
  • A valid Traffic Banksman Ticket is highly desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to perform physical manual labor is required.
  • You will need to have a hard-hat, work boots, and HI-Viz vest.

About the Role:

This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of weekend overtime. You will work Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, with the potential for additional hours on weekends.
