ServiceNow Developer - Cybersecurity Solutions

We are seeking a talented and passionate ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the unique needs of our cybersecurity clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design and develop innovative custom applications within ServiceNow to automate business processes and address complex operational challenges within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across our organization to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customization & Integration: Customize existing ServiceNow applications and seamlessly integrate them with external systems and APIs to enhance functionality and deliver a superior user experience for cybersecurity professionals.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of developed applications and solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance with coding best practices.
  • Documentation & Support: Create comprehensive documentation for developed applications and provide ongoing support and enhancements based on user feedback and evolving cybersecurity needs.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team with the ServiceNow System Administrator and other IT professionals to ensure seamless implementation and operation of ServiceNow applications within our cybersecurity environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform development capabilities, particularly in the context of cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant programming languages used within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party security tools and platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
