About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Universally Speaking. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and their competitive advantages.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, online research, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with sales management to qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Promote and educate clients about our service streams.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and manage client expectations in conjunction with project teams and senior management.
  • Manage pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures and working models.
  • Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and meetings with clients to create engagement and clarify client needs.
  • Contribute to multi-service bids and proposals working with sales and service line leads.
  • Update our CRM system to maintain accurate customer insights and feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • High level of communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Results-driven, able to work independently and take ownership.
  • Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets, and other necessary calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in strategic business development and/or client services/account management as a long-term career path.
  • Previous sales/business development/account management experience preferably in the gaming industry or similar.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from diverse backgrounds, and build strategic relationships with clients and colleagues.
