About the Role

As a Land Surveyor at EKFB, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the site survey control network to report and validate different construction stages. This involves undertaking land/topographic/hydrographic/measured building surveys using various specialist equipment and technology, such as robotics and 3D scanners. You will analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software like AutoCAD, Trimble Business Centre, and GIS programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the site survey control network
• Undertake land/topographic/hydrographic/measured building surveys
• Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software
• Prepare survey drawings with the Senior Land Surveyor
• Present data to clients and write reports
• Coordinate with Site Engineers for project implementation, changes of plans, or deviations
• Manage the registration and post-processing of Point Cloud Data
• Conduct GNSS network surveying, precise traversing, and precise levelling
• Manage Drones surveys for earthwork measures

Requirements

• HND/degree in Land Survey, or Geomatics, or equivalent
• Experience within a similar role and with similar values
• Expert knowledge of Trimble total stations, levels, and GNSS receivers
• Excellent AutoCAD skills to produce 2D and 3D drawings
• Good communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Solid report writing and compilation skills
• Proficient in using survey software like Trimble Business Centre
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
