About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a midwife, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to expectant mothers and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of women, partners, families, and carers, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate standards of evidence-based midwifery care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Provide full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations, and screening, to promote healthy outcomes for mothers and babies.
  • Identify high-risk pregnancies and develop strategies to mitigate potential complications.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing education to stay current with best practices.
