About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at the Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Control the quality of food preparation and presentation
• Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes
• Lead and motivate a team of junior chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained
• Contribute to the development of a positive and productive kitchen environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
