Job Summary:

The Sales Recruitment Company is seeking a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team. This role will involve traveling daily to cover the North of the United Kingdom, up to Scotland, to engage with potential and existing customers, showcase the company's products, and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching the product to prospective users and securing sign-ups, predominantly from charity shops
  • Onboarding customers to the platform, providing a seamless user experience
  • Providing training on the product
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Gathering insights and tracking them in the chosen CRM system, Hubspot
  • Meeting with customers and prospects in person and via video or phone calls
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Continuously improving through feedback

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage time well
  • Ability to tailor conversations based on the audience's needs
  • Ambition to develop and grow the role
  • Willingness to travel extensively and hold a full clean driving license

Compensation Package:

  • Salary: £22,500 +
  • Car allowance: £300 per month / £3.6k annum
