About Us: We are a distinguished charity fundraising organization with nearly three decades of expertise, dedicated to executing fundraising and awareness initiatives for some of the UK's most recognized charitable organizations.
Role Overview: As a Charity Fundraising Representative, you will engage with the public in a door-to-door capacity, representing our esteemed charity partners. This position is available on both full-time and part-time permanent contracts.
Working Conditions: You will be active throughout your shift, covering approximately one mile per hour, so we recommend wearing comfortable footwear. A charity-branded uniform will be provided, along with an electronic tablet for donor sign-ups. It is essential to be available during twilight hours (5-7 PM) when most individuals are at home.
Compensation: The starting salary is £23,795, with the potential for an uncapped discretionary bonus, leading to an OTE of over £45,000.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or significant face-to-face sales experience
- Ability to work core hours from 11 AM to 7 PM, particularly during twilight hours
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage with the public and establish immediate rapport
- Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
- Participation in a virtual interview, lasting one hour, with one of our recruiters
- Experience shadowing an established door-to-door fundraiser for one hour to gain insight into the role and demonstrate conversational skills
