We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ailsa Lodge Care Home, a purpose-built care home in Bishopton. Our home provides high-quality care to up to 37 residents, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care through our talented and caring staff team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred, holistic care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Contribute to the development of our residents' care plans, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- SVQ 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months' experience working as a Care Assistant or a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Interest in working with the elderly and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

- A competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
- 36 hours per week, with paid breaks.
