Job Summary:

The London Borough of Merton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Management Lead to join its Adult Social Care Contracts team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving up the quality of Adult Social Care services provided by commissioned service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor contracted providers to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Design and implement monitoring inspection programmes to assess provider compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders.
  • Provide first-class oral and written communication skills to present information to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to respond to fast-changing priorities and workloads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management and monitoring of contracted providers, ideally in adult social care.
  • Strong track record of designing and implementing monitoring inspection programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
