Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated sanitation specialist with key holding responsibilities to join our team at Thorn Baker Facilities Maintenance. This role is ideal for individuals with prior cleaning experience who are looking for a stable opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

Location:
Our operations are conveniently situated within a short walking distance from the central area.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is £12.50.

Work Schedule:
The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key holder for the premises.
- Ensure all designated areas are cleaned thoroughly and in accordance with established standards.
- Perform cleaning tasks in a healthcare environment, including:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Changing and disposing of waste materials.
