The Senior Site Engineer will play a crucial role in executing projects aligned with organizational goals, focusing on:

  • Continuous enhancement of profit margins
  • Elevating customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to project timelines
  • Optimizing working capital
  • Ensuring safety performance

Key Qualifications:

  • BSc Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Extensive expertise in Automation and Control Engineering
  • Comprehensive understanding of various Automation and Control engineering disciplines
  • Proven track record in managing multiple system implementation projects and/or control system platforms
  • Experience with Brownfield upgrades and replacement automation/control projects
  • Familiarity with Rockwell PLC and SCADA systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is advantageous
  • In-depth understanding of engineering practices, methodologies, economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications
  • Awareness of contemporary automation and control applications, tools, methodologies, or equivalent training/experience
  • Strong grasp of current industry-specific technologies and the application of modern engineering software/tools and trends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and inquisitive
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, fostering trust and respect among colleagues
