About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our client's team in an involved role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a variety of superb projects, covering mostly residential with some education and commercial schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical detailing know-how and producing construction details
- Experienced in producing drawing packages in line with project deadlines
- Strong timekeeping and organisational skills
- Experience in either BIM Revit or CAD would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
- Good BIM experience would be highly advantageous

The successful individual can expect great long-term career opportunities, a salary of circa £36,000 - £42,000 DOE, and great benefits, including free parking and a great holiday scheme.
