About the Opportunity
As a key member of the External Relations Directorate, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Director's office and the Directorate overall.
Responsibilities will include managing the Director's diary, supporting the Director with budget management, and providing support for various projects and activities.
You will also provide support to the wider Directorate senior leadership team when required.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, commencing in September 2024.
