We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Qualified Nursery Assistants to work across a range of nurseries in Basildon and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Nurturing Little Learners: Care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, guiding them through exciting and educational daily activities.
- Creating Joyful Experiences: Design and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support children's growth and development.
- Building Strong Connections: Form meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, supporting every child's unique journey through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Promoting Inclusivity: Celebrate and embrace diversity, ensuring every child feels valued, included, and supported.
- Holistic Support: Provide personal, social, emotional, and behavioural guidance, helping each child develop in a warm and caring environment.
