About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Mintel. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our systems.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, architecture, information security, and product management to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Contribute to Testing of New Features: Collaborate with engineers on your team to carry out testing and other QA activities. Provide your perspective on how we can learn and improve our quality approaches.
  • Develop QA Strategy: Work with QA team members in other teams to improve our company quality standards and best practices. Help evolve the QA function and support the appropriate definition of responsibilities with each team.

Department Wide Quality Improvement: You will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality landscape of our products, advocating for QA improvements, and building a quality-first culture.

Metrics and Reporting: Maintain measurements to help teams understand the maturity of their quality practices, aiding them in prioritizing areas to focus on.

Requirements
  • Over 8 years in quality assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of a number of different testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in raising awareness of quality principles and best practices.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality products.
