Job Summary

Amdaris is seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect to lead our team in promoting excellence and technical best practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the lead offering development and defining strategy for internal GTM development and within the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Work closely with technical and solutions architects to identify and interpret the core business objectives of prospective clients and how technology solutions can achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Project Management: Assemble project teams, schedule and project manage the service delivery of key engagements.
  • Value Proposition Development: Continually develop the value proposition, delivery processes, associated materials, and knowledge repositories.
  • Capability Development: Drive the development of capabilities and shared competencies with the broader Services community, inspiring teammates to further develop their skillset.
  • Team Leadership: Teach, train, coach and mentor teammates; promoting teammate satisfaction and enabling career progression.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in service delivery as a consultant shaping data solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading technical teams both on-site and virtually.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with data modernisation and cloud data migration.
  • Product Development: Data related product / service offering development experience.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset with the ability to influence multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
  • Technical Knowledge: The ability to maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community.
