SYSTRA is currently seeking graduates in Social and Market Research to expand our dynamic team. We are in search of individuals who possess a curious mindset, a strong interest in social issues, and a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
As an international consultancy, SYSTRA has a dedicated full-service social and market research team. While much of our research is centered around transportation, our true passion lies in understanding behavioral influences and effectively communicating these insights to our clients, who are often senior policymakers in government. Therefore, in addition to the transportation sector, you will also engage in projects across the energy, environment, utilities, criminal justice, and education sectors.
This position is ideal for candidates with academic or professional experience in the field, who are eager to embark on or transition into a career in research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering a diverse array of qualitative and quantitative research projects;
- Contribute to the design of research studies and the preparation of proposals;
- Support various aspects of research, including questionnaire development, conducting in-depth interviews, moderating focus groups, analyzing data, and writing reports;
- Provide assistance to other teams within SYSTRA Ltd's Consultancy Division as needed.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research techniques;
- A genuine interest in social and market research;
- A keen interest in transportation, environmental issues, and sustainability;
- A relevant degree with a focus on research or quantitative analysis;
- Demonstrated strong numerical abilities;
- Attention to detail;
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably SPSS.
