About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Paralegal to join our busy Private Client team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. As a Private Client Paralegal, you will provide full legal support to one fee earner, including onboarding new clients and carrying out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Private Client team, including digital dictation, billing, and case management.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Develop a basic understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws.
  • Previous experience with legal software packages and/or case management systems is highly desirable.
