Position: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Location: London, UK

Salary: £28K - £55K/year (Based on experience and qualifications)

Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, HPL or Hourly

Hours: Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday (9 am - 5 pm or 12 pm - 8 pm)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team at Elizabeth School of London Limited. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality programs in Health and Social Care, collaborating with esteemed university partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging teaching and learning experiences for students across a range of programs within a Higher Education setting, focusing on the Foundation year in Health and Social Care.
  2. Provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals and progress positively.
  3. Contribute to the development of module/unit-specific Scheme of Work, ensuring compliance with Programme Specification expectations.
  4. Produce high-quality module/unit reports, reflecting on teaching and learning outcomes.
  5. Participate in the School's Research Department, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in Health and Social Care.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree and/or a PhD in the relevant area.
  2. Teaching qualifications and experience in Higher Education.
  3. Previous lecturing experience for similar courses.
  4. Industry experience related to Health and Social Care.
