Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Safety and Hygiene Manager to lead our Hygiene team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a dynamic Hygiene team to ensure top-notch Food Safety, H&S, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee hygiene training and team development programs.
  • Manage inventory, PPE, and site chemicals to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Support audits, visits, and KPI tracking to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and team leadership, with a strong background in Food Safety and Health & Safety.
  • Certified in Food Safety and Health & Safety, with some engineering experience preferred.
