Job Summary:
Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse - Outpatients (Bank) to join our team at Brighton Hospital. As a Bank Staff Nurse in Outpatients, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care and support to patients and their families in the Outpatients department.
- Manage a varied and interesting caseload, taking part in a wide range of procedures and applying your clinical skills to aid recovery.
- Work collaboratively with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity in patient care.
- Take ownership of your practice, making decisions and taking actions that promote high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development of the Outpatients department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered with the appropriate governing body, including NMC.
- Post-registration experience in a relevant area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
