Job Title: PhD Scientist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Protein Biochemist to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a leading global staffing services provider, we have a strong reputation for delivering top talent to our clients in the biotech industry.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative drug discovery projects with a large biotech client. As a Protein Biochemist, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new medicines and therapies. You will work closely with our client's protein team to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute experiments to support drug discovery projects
  • Analyze data and communicate results to the team
  • Work closely with the protein team to develop new purification techniques and platforms
  • Use software such as Pymol to analyze protein structures and sequences

Requirements:

  • PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
  • Experience with protein purification techniques and platforms
  • Knowledge of AKTA purification systems
  • Experience with software such as Pymol
