Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist brides and their companions, ensuring outstanding customer service
  • Conduct bridal consultations to grasp each bride's vision and preferences
  • Oversee the client experience from the initial consultation to the final fitting
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bridal collections and designers
  • Organize and schedule appointments, fittings, and alterations
  • Offer personalized styling advice and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Manage inventory, including receiving new stock and updating records
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the boutique's aesthetic
