About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Craftsperson to join our Estates Operations Team at the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various buildings on our hospital sites, providing a high level of service to our patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties will include:

  • Maintenance and repair of buildings on hospital sites
  • Providing a flexible approach to other disciplines when required
  • Working with a skilled team to assist in the provision of a high level of service

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
  • City & Guilds final Craft Certificate or equivalent in an Engineering Trade
  • Relevant experience within the building trade
