About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our housekeeping team as a General Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality cleaning and domestic service in our student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services for bedrooms, kitchens, pathways, and communal areas
  • Identify and report any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Organize stores on site and conduct regular checks of equipment, replacing as necessary
  • Perform other tasks as required by management

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed
