Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment processes. This position involves engaging with both clients and candidates, allowing you to foster long-lasting relationships while gaining insights into the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for all vacancies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, including CV evaluations and telephone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews for suitable candidates at the branch.
  • Maintain the accuracy and currency of the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Verify candidate information and gather necessary documentation.
  • Assist candidates throughout the pre-employment screening and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment compliance and best practices throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Confirm candidate eligibility to work, including employment references and DBS checks.
  • Deliver compliant candidates to the branch network.
  • Participate in various recruitment-related projects to enhance the centralized recruitment service.
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services Manager to meet individual and team performance objectives.
  • Support the strategic direction of the company through the centralized recruitment team agenda.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, interpretation, and trend analysis as needed.
