Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at One Avenue Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant group in Bournemouth to continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring the restaurant operates within budget and meets financial targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
