We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at ECS Resource Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to production processes, including the development, testing, and introduction of new products.
  • Enhancing the overall reliability and performance of plant personnel, production equipment, and processes.
  • Conducting feasibility studies for new technical innovations, including testing installations and systems, and analyzing data.
  • Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and processes.
  • Ensuring the delivery of finished products meets cost, quality, and production schedule requirements.
  • Developing strong relationships with plant management functions and key business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Apprenticeship degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Significant hands-on experience in both manual and automated assembly manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma.
  • Proven track record of process capability and OEE improvement in manual and automated assembly processes.
  • Experience in project management.
