Public Sector Surveyor for Housing Projects

Type: Public Sector - Permanent or Temporary Assignment
We are collaborating with a Public Sector organization in the South-East seeking to recruit a Capital Programme Surveyor to join their Housing Repairs and Maintenance Team on either a Temporary or Permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage kitchen and bathroom projects within the housing sector, overseeing all phases from initiation to completion.
2. Conduct post-project inspections to ensure contractor performance meets quality standards and that client satisfaction is achieved.
3. Liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders, drawing on previous experience in similar roles.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Schedule: 4 days on-site across various locations, with 1 day working from home.
Compensation:
To be determined based on whether the role is Temporary or Permanent.
