Main Responsibilities- Provide professional leadership and clinical guidance to nursing staff
- Implement innovative methods of service delivery to improve patient care and access
- Participate in the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices and equipment
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nursing staff
- Contribute to the development of best nursing practice and quality patient care

Person Specification- Registered General Nurse Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Previous experience at Band 6 in a hospital setting
- Evidence of facilitating learning in practice and ongoing personal and professional development
- 2 years' experience at Band 6 in a hospital setting
- Health and safety experience in acute clinical settings
- Some experience in budget management
- Ongoing professional development and risk management
- Quality improvement tools and ward metrics
