About the Role

Hays PLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Class 2 HGV Driver to join their team in Elgin. As a key member of the waste management team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection, transportation, and disposal of waste materials in the Moray area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle to collect and transport waste materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily targets
Requirements
  • Valid Class 2 HGV licence
  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification
  • Previous experience in waste management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Good communication and customer service skills
