The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of vulnerable clients. The firm has been recognised by the Legal 500 for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience running a Court of Protection/Private Client caseload and will be responsible for all aspects of Court of Protection work including Personal Injury trusts.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience of working in a Court of Protection/Private Client department
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
