Technical Services Manager Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join their team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading FM Service Provider and be part of a dynamic team delivering technical services to a flagship commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical leadership and ensure that all technical service commitments are met.
  2. Ensure that statutory and code compliance of sites is adhered to by the local management team and supported by specialists when required.
  3. Develop and implement risk management strategies across all contracts.
  4. Authorise confined space entries and provide technical support to site teams.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs for LVAP and LVHV AP.
  6. Promote management systems and processes to ensure consistent delivery.
  7. Attend regular meetings with site management to discuss local issues and concerns.
  8. Communicate contractual concerns with senior management to ensure resolution.
Requirements

A HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly desirable. If you have a passion for technical services and a strong background in facilities management, we encourage you to apply.
