Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive Administrative & Procurement support to the Corporate Services Team.

Main Duties:
General Administration:
Maintain and organize procurement records, including contract filing, develop and sustain a filing system, document binding and scanning, and update contractual documents.
Coordinate Corporate Services meetings, including organizing meeting spaces or virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, taking notes, and preparing meeting documents.
Keep the contact lists of all corporate services contracts and suppliers updated.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports.

Procurement and Compliance:
Support the Procurement Section in ensuring compliance with Corporate Services procurement requirements.
Ensure adherence to the bank's Procurement Procedures by Corporate Services and other partners.
Provide training on Procurement processes, including Purchase to Pay, requisition raising, and Supplier Maintenance Forms.
Aid in maintaining Financial Performance and Compliance Indicators (FPCI) Scores.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in a business-related field;
Experience in Procurement Management and Project Management;
Administrative and office management experience;
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word, is advantageous.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
Project management experience from inception to delivery, ideally within a procurement context;
Ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
