About the Role
A full-time permanent position is available to ensure the effective maintenance of our hotel and spa facilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing general maintenance tasks from the daily maintenance list, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient use of time
- Performing a range of maintenance tasks, including pool plant, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Working a 5-day week, including some weekend shifts, with a 40-hour workweek
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- General maintenance experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Priority areas of experience in plumbing or electrical maintenance
- Availability for on-call duties, with a requirement to live within a 30-minute radius of the hotel
- Proven record of success in prioritizing and managing maintenance tasks
