They provide composite manufacturing services for both unique prototype components and extensive production batches. Their commitment to precision, dependability, and rapid delivery enables them to serve a diverse range of sectors, including high-performance motorsport, aerospace, and the automotive and medical industries.


Position Overview:
As a Composite Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for the meticulous finishing of prep patterns and moulds, ensuring the highest quality standards are met through the use of various hand tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Final preparation of patterns and moulds.
  • Utilizing a range of hand tools, small pneumatic tools, and abrasive materials to hand-finish master patterns to exceptional standards.
  • Applying sealant to patterns followed by post-spraying preparation.
  • Interpreting technical drawings and adhering to work instructions.
  • Contributing to the development of processes aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.
  • Maintaining all equipment in optimal condition.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a pattern shop or a related field.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations.
  • Effective verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Flexible approach to completing tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:
Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Overtime opportunities are available based on the work schedule, with competitive overtime rates.
