The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers face-to-face and provide the highest possible service.
- Prepare orders for collection and delivery, ensuring all sales documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles, maintaining stock levels, and performing general housekeeping duties.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- A good basic education, including GCSE Maths and English.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in driving a forklift and operating other similar machinery.
