Your Role

Collaborate with a dedicated academic team and utilize award-winning materials to implement the EF academic curriculum for groups of up to 17 language learners. You will design lessons that foster a safe and inspiring classroom environment, prioritizing the development of your students' confidence in language use.

After a summer of teaching with EF, you will gain valuable insights and experience by working alongside a diverse group of educators and academic leaders. Adaptability and problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate the academic landscape, witnessing students grow in their language abilities, forge new friendships, and create lasting summer memories.

The joy of observing a classroom of students from various nationalities connect and thrive in their language skills is rewarding for both seasoned and new educators, which is why many of our instructors return year after year.

Responsibilities

· Deliver general English and specialized courses

· Plan and conduct classes while managing attendance and participating in teacher meetings

· Assess and provide feedback on students' work

· Engage in peer observation initiatives

· Prepare student reports as needed

· Represent EF as an ambassador

Requirements

· TEFL or CELTA (or equivalent) certification

· Strong communication skills

· Awareness of the needs of international students

· High level of customer service

· Strong organizational and administrative abilities

· Eligibility to work in the UK

· Proficiency in English at C2 level
