As an Oncology Homecare Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex conditions, including chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, and enzyme replacement therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical homecare services to patients in their own homes or in our mobile units or clinics
  • Administer medications, including chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, and enzyme replacement therapy
  • Provide wound care, IV cannulation, and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an experienced nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a formal Oncology qualification or SACT passport. You'll also need to be comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
