Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Estates and Facilities Directorate as a Monitoring Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking audits against agreed specifications, including The National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and other key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to in-house and external contracts.

As a key member of the Hotel Services team, you will support the Hotel Services Management Assistants in ensuring high standards of performance are attained within a number of contracted and in-house Estates & Facilities services.

The team provides a range of services, from cleanliness to design and delivery of modern healthcare environments, and we are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.

The role will involve working closely with the Hotel Services Management team to audit services operating both in-house and by external contractors, and supporting the team in achieving high standards of performance.

Please note that this role does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa, and therefore Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust would not be able to issue a visa.
