Your Contributions:

- Maintain a valid CSCS card and possess a driving license

- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Be flexible to work additional hours when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- NVQ levels 3 & 4 in customer service
- Progress towards or completion of an ONC/HND in Construction
- Participation in internal development programs
- Proven career progression within the construction sector
- Relevant training in health and safety regulations
- Understanding of building codes and legal requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Utilize job sheets to organize daily tasks and schedules
- Submit completed job sheets promptly to coordinators
- Carry identification while interacting with customers
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation
- Support site teams as required
- Act as a first point of contact for reported issues
- Address reported defects efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with homeowners as necessary
- Ensure availability of materials before commencing work
- Report any issues or incomplete tasks to the appropriate coordinator
- Complete customer requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Maintain professionalism during customer visits
- Adhere to safety protocols and protect customer property
- Participate in health and safety training as required
