Job Summary

Thomson Recruitment Independent Partnerships (TRIP) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Milton Keynes based Tax reporting team and providing guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Tax reporting team, providing expert guidance and support to junior staff members to help them maximize their career opportunities.
  • Negotiate and raise timetables and fees, and be responsible for WIP management on your portfolio of clients.
  • Act as an active member of the national Tax Team, ensuring national procedures are rolled out and fully adopted in Milton Keynes.
  • Deliver tax compliance work, which will represent at least 50% of this role, with flexibility to mix this with advisory work for up to 50% of the role for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of working with a portfolio of clients to deliver on annual Tax compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Willingness to take on leadership roles both within Milton Keynes and across the wider Tax team.
  • CTA or equivalent qualified.
