About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar and Waiting Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding guest service at all times, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Serve drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Maintain the standards of the business, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer service.
