We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our UK division and drive business growth in the ladieswear industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new markets and channels of sales, managing and driving strategy in the UK and EU, and handling existing business in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new markets and channels of sales
  • Managing and driving strategy in the UK and EU
  • Handling existing business in the UK and EU
  • Strategic planning for business growth in the region and expanding customer base
  • Keeping close connections with the customer base and building strong intercompany relationships
  • Meeting the company's sales/margin targets for the region
  • Market Intelligence, Competitor Analysis, and Competition Mapping

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in a Head of Sales/Sales Director role
  • Ideal degree in Business, International Business, or Strategic Management
  • Strong analytical, critical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Negotiation and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
