Chief Operating Officer

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Totum Partners, the Chief Operating Officer's (COO) primary responsibilities are to direct and oversee the operation and financial management of the firm. The COO will join the Management Committee (MC) and as a member of the professional management team, advise and make recommendations to the MC on key operational decisions and then, in partnership with the CEO, lead and implement such decisions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with the CEO and MC to develop and implement financial management strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a strong understanding of the Solicitor Accounting Rules environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
- Proven track record of success in leadership and management roles
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
